Thank You Lord

Thank you Lord for another year
For extending my life for more years
For all the trials in my life
Through others, you gave me hope to survive

For bringing me in this family and community
It was a tremendous blessing for me
Thank you for the people who graciously acknowledged me
They were great comforts and inspirations to me

I truly love and enjoy writing
Great passion in my life, in  my whole being
To paint my moods, mind, heart, soul and my dreams
While I spend my borrowed time, worth living

Thank you Lord for everything
As I start another year, to you, I cling
Bless all my friends, family and loved ones
Please return their love in countless times

Please grand pardon to my weaknesses
To all of them, I humbly confess
As I go on in this world, in this life
Make me Your servant to others, be my guide

May I continuously share whatever I have
All the blessings you’ve showered  me with your love
May the things I say, do or write
May inspire others at my sadness and smile
