Thank You Good People

I find myself irritated
Almost everyday
I wish people would leave me alone
And finally just get out of my way

This pressure is building up in me
I fear it’s going to burst
I try to release these feelings
That way no one will get hurt

But every time I relax
Seems someone new is on my back
This train is on a certain course
And it’s beginning to come off the tracks

So I submit all of these poems
In hopes that it will help
But this rage is too controlling
It’s a feeling that I’ve never felt

For I will forever fight longer
And try and remain calm
But if this pressure gets stronger
Then it will surely go off like a bomb

For when this bomb goes off
I hope and pray no one’s around
Especially the people I love
If so a new person will be found

A person full of rage and disappointment 
A person who is no longer loved
Someone who was once looked up too
Had admirers but now has none

So I will try and diffuse this bomb
My bomb of rage and misery
With my thoughts and kind words
I believe you call this poetry

But I give my thanks

For lending me your eyes and ears
And especially all of your hearts
I thank you all for listening
And for that this bomb won’t blow apart
