There for me in my hour of need surprising me with a small gift How blessed am I … your friendship is one I cherish Always having time to listen when we share a pot of tea Now I bring shopping for you to show my appreciation Kindness and thoughtfulness are so evident when we talk So finally I can pay tribute to my wonderful friend Chris Thanks Acrostic Poetry Contest Sponsored by Beata Agustin A tribute to my wonderful friend Chris Faragher who has been a tower of strength for me especially when my husband had his cancer surgery and I had no support from my parents and sister. Yours is a very meaningful double acrostic, Jan. One needs not do anything extremely big to prove his/her friendship; being there at the right time for one another is what matters most in times of need. Chris has been my rock was there for me when my family weren't when my hubby had his cancer , i am truly blessed to have her in my life:-) hugs jan xx
