Tethered To a Moment

A juicy nectarine sparkles through the dove-colored limbs of the fully flushed trees as the light seeps around the edge of the cool morn’, yesterday. Today the dayspring's lemon-cream rubs the irradiating Summer sky, it is of a squeezed lemon.
