Terrors In the Night

Even in the stillness, let my heart cry
The gray skies cut the holes for my tears
Hot the life blood of the soul
Stain my cheeks and purge my veins
Leave me empty, so I'll never have to feel
Again
Suckle at my lips, take my spirit
Safely away I beg
The pain I try to hide, I must escape
Where is there to run
From the terrors in the night
