Terror In the Pews

In the church where God's spirit dwells
The bible study was going well
A stranger walks in and joins the group
And then to evil he would soon stoop

 Gunshots echo through the pews
As innocent blood begins to spew
The same people who had treated him so well
Were shot in cold blood by this demon from hell

The healing process has now begun
But when will this senseless violence be done
Tears of a nation once more are shed
As gunshots echo, and innocents lay dead....

Joseph, tears from me, a wonderful inspiring write, yes when is this senseless killing going to stop especially in racism. We all bleed the same color we all have the same organs and limbs where they belong. 7++ Hugs dear friend Eve
