Terrified

I lay in my bed quiet, in thought Enjoying some silence before bed The air gets cold, my neck tingles and I feel a sensation I close my eyes, afraid of what's there I'm terrified When I open my eyes, there staring staring at with cold Expressionless eyes My heart stops, and I cover my face I peek afraid it was lies I'm terrified There in front of me stood no one Where I had seen the girl before So I relax, take a breath Start to eye the door Then I see those cold dead eyes and I'm terrified
