Tennis Courts

If I was a tennis ball, I would be flying high in the sky If I made a great fall, I’d be your one and only guy… Wish I could be standing tall beside you Anguish upon me made me feel so blue I’m sitting beside the tennis courts, Thought of you, trying to put the tennis balls in my shorts On the tennis courts…I, I fly On the tennis courts…I, I try To give you my all To stay on the ball To give you some recognition To give you some kind of ambition On the tennis courts…I, I’m oh so high On the tennis courts…I, I’m about to cry Tears of clear intuition I have made a decision To give you some recognition To give you a lot of ambition, Though I have mere admiration Towards you a lot… I took my best shot… On the tennis courts…tennis courts… If I was a cop in the mall, I would be driving you around and all If you made me a quick call, I would answer immediately and be on the ball Wish I could be standing tall beside you Anguish upon me made me feel so blue I’m sitting beside the tennis courts, Thought of you, trying to put the tennis balls in my shorts On the tennis courts…I, I fly on the tennis courts…I, I try To give you my all To stay on the ball To give you some recognition To give you some kind of ambition On the tennis courts…I, I’m oh so high On the tennis courts…I, I’m about to cry Tears of clear intuition I have made a decision To give you some recognition To give you a lot of ambition, Though I have mere admiration Towards you a lot… I took my best shot… On the tennis courts…tennis courts… If I was to be a heart that pounds with appall, I wouldn’t be this warrior who stands so tall I’m a young man, playing on the tennis courts I’m a young ball boy with his blue and green shorts
