Tending Children

Grins
Happy
Spirited
Children playing,
Their soul will enliven as my heart smiles.

But a child crying with a sad-face frown,
Shatters my joy.
Dreadfully.
Until
Grins

Their souls enliven as your heart smiles...what a lovely way to describe the joy you receive from your grandchildren, Dane. And the last verse is certainly true as well. Love the way you ended it on a positive note. Great work, Mee-Maw! Best wishes in Michael's fun contest. Love you, Carolyn
