Tenderly

so slowly I
	with trembling hand
unsurely reach
	and gently touch

and wait to see
	if you will move
away from me
	or with still stay

may I move
	slowly glide
softly now
	touching you

learning now
	the flow the shape
of the forms
	that I behold

will you perhaps
	more closely move
that my touch
	may more feel

and together we
	will then embrace
together caress
	and then learn

of those things
	before now hid
and to share
	freely give
