Notes About The Poem

Ten Lines

1.  The most important day of my life was birth,
  2.  and the day I got married, oh, that was amazing.
    3.  But my love has gone away just a name engraved.
      4.  I gave birth twice and my babies never saw the sky,
         5.  The day I graduated nursing school was very special.
           6.  But the most important thing to me has not happened,
             7.  I have a feeling it will be the last time- I close my eyes.
                8.  When I step into another realm where my beloved wait.
                  9.  Yes, that will be it for this girl, the day I meet the Lord,
                     10.  and find the answer to why I was born   . . . . . . . . .  .
