Sugar truly is addictive, Line, especially chocolate. Having one piece leads to eating another. Guess it's easier to abstain entirely. My doctor says the way to lose weight is to avoid all carbs, including bread. Hard to do and still enjoy life. Well said! Best wishes, Carolyn

The good thing about most diets is that it cleanses your system even if you don't lose all the weight you had hoped. Good luck, Timothy!

"a hundred not enough." This is true! When I give up sugar I miss it not. However, the second I allow myself a taste, watch out. A thousand would not satisfy.
