Tell it to the fire Keeper of the Night
Tell it to the fire
(Keeper of the Night)

Tell it to the fire
It will burn away all your secrets
Feel the roaring flames
It will burn away all your fear
It consumes all the oxygen in the room
It will leave you breathless and dying
So be careful when you play with fire
Unless you're prepared to be a phoenix
Know it transmutes all Darkness
It illuminates as it ignites
Those sparks that spread so gloriously
Burning brightly through the night
Let those flames warm you
Let them caress your weary bones
Heat your Heart and Soul
And give warmth to your cold home
But make no mistake about it
It's a beautiful and alluring element
It can lure you in hypnotically
As those flames dance and crackle and glow
Know this about the fire
Without it, mankind is lost
It lead us out of our cold caves
And gave us new ways and paths
It gives to us so eagerly
But remember it can take with force
Our entwined legacy throughout history
Is documented in books and verses
So tell it to the fire
It's always been the Keeper of the Night
All those fireside tales and magic
Create legends that delight
