Telephone

TELEPHONE I will wait for the phone to ring Without a dial tone! Did I not pay my phone bill? Ring! Ring it's the TELEPHONE. A very unusual way to leave the world. Let's all thank, ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL. For one of the world's best inventions The most valuable means of communication. UN-great-full we are, Abandoning the telephone in every nation We now consider the cell phone a better creation. What happens to talk to our friends from home. Now you are talking while pumping gas at the gas station. Driving around while talking on the phone. You don't care about your situation. Just as long your antenna is not on roaming. What happen to s.o.s. Communication. Now we TEX with addiction. Do not forget about the phoning internet. Do not forget about the year1876. SKAT

Yea,thanks to Billy Gram but all thanks to the Almighty God that gave him the knowledge of it. I bet you,the usefulness of telephone is even beyond what Gram thought it will be and serve. Good one!

I'm sitting in Barnes and Noble trying to enjoy my coffee and cookie when this idiot at the table next to me starts using his cell phone. I'm sure everyone within 50 feet of his table could hear every word. Did you ever want to poke a cell phone down the user's throat? Good write! Love, daver

Great your comments on the phone, Irma! By the way did you know that the telephone was originally a German invention by a certaim Mr. Philipp Reis, A teacher from Gelnhausen, Hesse, Germany? But his problem was that nobody there paid attention to his invention and only Graham Bell was later capable to bring it togeneral use. Thank you for commenting "Nights"..Rgds. Gert

A great write, but I like to think that without the wondrous vents of 1876 we wouldn't have cell phones, and for that as well, we must thank Mr. Bell.

Cute reminder of our modern technology....It is not safe to use a cell phone around gas stations...The static electricity that they create can cause a gas explosion...Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my poem "Seahorse Named Henry"...I misspelled the last word and have now changed it...It will probably make more sense...I was really tired when I posted it. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara
