Teeth In the Ground

Teeth in the ground
Hunger in my soul
Is hungry as a hound
Don’t stop me from stopping you
Or run away from me
With that swift foot
You’ve been known to do
Teeth in the ground
Bearing down on dirt and grime
Grass in my hair
Stare at the life not there
