Teen Years

I'm sitting here tonight
Thinking how grown you are,
Your a teenager already
Adulthood isnt that far.

Where did the times go
I miss easeing your fears at night,
Sitting up with you when your sad
Cuddleing you in my arms so tight.

You never would go anywhere
You were stuck to me like glue,
Now there is no time for me
Its friends that are important to you.

I'll continue to be over protective
You will get angry at me,
I'm your mother and i love you so
That's the way im supose to be.
