Tears On the Wind
When my momma prays there are tears on the wind.
Heaven pays attention to this sweet woman's prayers.
She gets a call from someone and her knees automatically bend.
Right then and there her heart she bares.
Many times I've heard her pray for me and my boyfriend.
That we would not fall into any unaware snares.
Always praying that if any of us had sinned,
We would confess them to the God who cares.
Yes tears are on the wind every single time.
Joy unspeakable fills her heart everyday.
She lives to please her Wonderful God sublime.
She is joyous and content in every way.
Everyday with her Lord she is gloriously living
and with her tears on the wind she keeps on giving.
