Tears of Joy

May your eyes drown in tears of joy.

When felicity in the heart
Overflows its bank,
It breaks the bridge of the eyes
Stroll it's gutters
And cascades down the cheek.

It leaves perpetual scars of smile on the face,
Tunes of love in the ears,
Passion running through the veins
And everlasting thoughts of goodness
in the mind.

Not all tears that ooze from the eyes,
Are as a result of spears of pain that
pierce the heart.
Some tears are citizens in the land of joy
That rule over fear and loneliness
Trample pain under its feet
And rain merry to fortify troubled soul

                ...Stranja
