Tears of Blood
As I am walking through the alley of despair, all I see is pain
Gently, eyeing the windows of the person’s soul and hiding my love to be bare
So far it has become my bane
When I was in love with her, it met with a stare
Decisions of the past have crippled your heart
I could not say the three words that kept me for you at a glow
Your smiles once did their purpose; however, they have failed to put my life with a start
Your life and words went with the wind in a blow
My lips spoke about you to the eternal fire
I believed that you were the final one in the string of my beads
Little did I know that the eternal flame was a pyre
It was there to burn my wants as they were not my needs
I cry not with water but with tears of blood
My tears are of blood
