Tears

a dirge of tears flood
rivers of sad sorrows flow
as I moan in grief 
lullabies are left unsung 
my babe has flown to heaven

OH, not only death, but a baby. I'm hoping this isn't real life because there is nothing sadder. How can I call this a winner if true? If not, it is definitely a lament of laments and the words stabbed me with pain - a good thing, again, if fiction. Ohhhh to hard so comment, Laura ... CayCay
