These raindrops that we know as tears Release or pain and free our fears And when our lives bring troubles near Here come the tears, Ah! Yes the tears Though sometimes people can’t see clear We have to rise to face our fears But when your pride hurts someone dear Down come the tears, so abrupt the tears All times aren’t happy and full of cheer Sometimes the sadness just appears Like breaking up or death of peers This brings the tears – indeed the tears The raindrops that we know as tears Show our strain, caused over years 17 sometimes sticks in like a spear And with it tears, Oh!
