Tears

M	eandering through a maze of feelings
Y	ou wash, cleansing as you sweep them afar

T raveling through the ducts you come cascading
E	ach crystalline drop glistening and warm
A	llowing release to ragged nerves and emotions
R	eleasing pain or irrepressible joy and
S	oftly and silently you flood your gates and appease

I was drawn to click an' open to read many of your poems and I have enjoyed the imagery that you do bring us in words at times whimsical & on another topic pangs of heartfelt desire & or saddness personified in poignant prose. "Tears" speaks to my present state of being. I take comfort in my humanity when some story I've found releases my pain & irrepressible joy opens the flood gates & through the ducts cascading crystalline tears filled with raw emotion all too human cometh to warm my cheeks.

A very apt description! I enjoyed the "cascading," "glistening," and "ragged nerves." So true.
