Teachers, Gossiping, Lost of Productivity and Wasted Time

Lately teaching is about gossiping Sipping on information to discredit another teacher Blowing the whistle to try and harness someone’s weakness So that the teacher that is gossiping can benefit By trying to belittle someone In so many schools Teaching isn’t the main objective The horror of gossiping floats through the staffroom While religious robots add to this dilemma Our fight before was against slavery But we are creating a new history in schools called gossip I’m tired of the gossiping teacher Why are you teaching if all you do is gossip? Can anyone tell me what happened to our teachers? “The hardest part of being an educator is because of the adults and not the learners” Young teacher, take your gossip and throw it in the ocean Older teacher, take your gossip and throw it in the ocean Drown the gossip and sip on the reality of building up an individual!
