Teach Them About Failure Too

From infants, to the tender age of adolescence , our parents taught us to walk on the path of success, a single road with multiple diversions. All we heard were people reaching zenith and achieving glory. But the child on the road was unaware as the little facts were untold. The road ,narrow and crowded ,diverged into a dark path dark and scary, often misleading, it was called ' failure". No one told the little one what this path would cost , it was a path not a dead end , it was to be crossed. The child could not find his way across, the adrenaline kicked in and depression covered his thoughts. He wondered why was he not told about failure , why people who joined him on the journey were now no where around, silence and loneliness was all that surrounds. He could not bear all this , and slowly he ended up in the act of reminiscence . He had given up hope , breath slowed and the heart was now in asystole . Breathed his last but the message was delivered , strong and loud. Teach about failure or else one day your child will end up on the same path.
