Teach Me Thy Way O Lord - Psalm 86: 11-12
The Lord Jesus while on earth taught
His disciples God's truth for their good
so we need to learn well the same
pray for His spirit's voice be clearly understood
Spend time in God's wonderful truth
taking steps to biblically be walking
in the Lord's midst know His presence
be sharing by continually spiritually talking
To be united in your heart and soul
bow low before God the king in reverent fear
for He rules and reigns eternally supreme
trust His hand to guide you in top gear
All the evidence of God's goodness
stared you in the face for sure
so praise your God with all your heart
as you know His love will forever endure
Bring glory to your blessed Lord and king
praise HIm always in truth for evermore
in your heart know His presence so dear
for He alone opens your heavenly door
"Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore."
Psalm 86: 11,12 (kjv)
