TBI Rage and The Estrus Cycle

It’s not the inconvenience
the drab of the monthly drape
nor the showtime red but

the play within the play
the horror flick
the creature feature

The Swamp Bit**

The damaged frontal cortex
with the inflammation hits
Starring: The Amygdala!
“hormones laced with fists”

It’s been a psychological thriller
and it’s at its peak of suspense
I am embracing the climax
celebrating

                    The End

Using cinematic metaphors like a "horror flick," "creature feature," and "psychological thriller," the author portrays a sense of being a spectator to her own physical and emotional volatility. The poet is "embracing the climax" and celebrating "The End." Tough one Maureen. Peace be with you.

My horrors have progressed, it’s garden madness now. Peace and love to you. Eat a pigeon and think of me. I hear they’re tasty, I haven’t tried it yet. xomo
