Taste of Tears

the tears clearer then the flawless dew
born in a dawn came to gather together
to become an overflowing spring, flowing
as the water in the brook each carrying their own stories

all tears are, though evil ones are impure, clear and flawless:

the taste of a woman’s tears
who nursing a grudge against her abuser is sour
the taste of tears of a woman
who holding a stillborn baby in her arms is bitter

the taste of tears of a man who is thrown into jail
under a false accusation is astringent
the taste of tears that
come with a shout of joy is sweet

in any case, the taste of penitent tears
with breast-beating is pungent

at last, all tears flow into the sea;
the heart of the sea is wider than the water
her understanding of everyone's thoughts are
deeper than the water, is that why sea water tastes salty?
