Tantalizing

I’ve desired you young lady;
I’ve seen your beauty
And I’ve followed you
From behind

Secretly I have knelt down for you,
I’ve bowed my head on your feet
In your absence lady
And I have kissed
Your toes in
Your absence

To my friends I have lied
That you are my love
And jealous of me they are
For I posses the morning sun
For your aroma makes me mad
As your existence
Kills me without
Your notice

Yet I know it is the plain truth
As l know I can’t reach the sky,
I can’t reach the sea’s floor
First I’ll be prey of sea dwellers;

I know it must be the lucid truth
That I cannot reach you,
I cannot have you,
You are a way beyond me
I see you far a head,
But I cannot walk faster
I die with my own feelings.
