Tangled Truth
Sweep aside the murk
that shades my truth from you.
With dark regard and selfless
care, look closely through
my eyes at you.
Come close and breathe my breath
inhaled through your lips.
Count my heartbeats in your chest
with whisper fingertips.
Wrap myself around you
leave no space in between.
Your heart my soul eternal threads
lost in haze
as yet unsaid.
