Take Responsibilities

Take Responsibility 

The defining point of bearing and taking responsibility is incidentally the very moment of achieving and delivering a proven result.

You can be respected, you can be celebrated, you can be the point of focus at any time and at anywhere. All you need to do is to be purposefully  purposed to take responsibilities for results.

A result focus activity is a way of productive thinking. 
When you have finally decided never to blame nor accuse anyone,
When you come to the point of realization of what to do to make things, situations or issues better,
When you have chosen to open up the windows of your mind and throw out all excuses,
Then, results will follow. 

Your result will automatically neutralize all insults. Result is the end of all arguments and only a man of little knowledge doubt proofs.

I know you are trying your very best, it's either you overcome or you get overwhelmed.
I know you have made several calls to the customers but without sales there will be no result.
I know you have attended the lectures and the class but without a graded result to show, it's a waste.
I know you have stayed on diet but without a corresponding loss of weight or staying healthy, it will be mere activities. 

There are many books to read, many lecturers to listen to and great number of sermon to hear but above all, it is results that count.

Not what you had read
Not where you work,worked or schooled
Not how much more you had tried
Not even your lineage or your entitled background 
What really, truly matter is result. 

Results attract. People listen and camp under the people with proven results.

Result is a big deal. It separates the lead and the leader.

Therefore do everything legitimate to deliver result.
