Take my hand and hold me tight,
I feel so lonely and frightened,
Future looks so blank and fearful,
Dear Lord hold me in your arms.
Take my hand and lead me on,
I do not know where to go,
I am covered with worries and fears,

Take my hand and show me the path,
Help me to take each step towards you,
Forgive my sins and draw me closer to you,

Take my hand and show me the light,
I need to pass through the darkness of this life,
Please grant me your love and guidance,
