Take My Hand

Everything in the back of my mind
And in the front of yours
Leaving us with nothing left
Holding on to each other tight
Never to let go
It’s just us and God tonight

Chorus:
What we thought was home
Was just destroyed right underneath our eyes
tonight
Tonight
So Take My hand
And lets run away
To a place where we
Thought we’d never see

Verse 2:
Friends leaving us behind
Loosing what we held so dear
Our beliefs are all we can hold on to
Because it is the dark that captures our fear

Chorus:
What we thought was home
Was just destroyed right underneath our eyes
 tonight
Tonight
So Take My hand
And lets run away
To a place where we
Thought we’d never see

Verse 3:
Holding you tight
In the midst of ruins
Looking for the light
Giving you all I have
Because this could be our last night
So hold me tight
And let’s fly away

Chorus:
What we thought was home
Was just destroyed right underneath our eyes
tonight
Tonight
So Take My hand
And lets run away
To a place where we
Thought we’d never see
