Take Me East

Now I know no other way than to pass each passing day with you,
And now that’s gone, most of the time.
To have it back, one day, is all I need to hope for.
Oh, haven’t hearts fallen for a thousand times less?
A heart couldn’t love a thousand times more than mine loves you.
Take me east a thousand miles or more and sit me by the sea,
When the reality of this love is real to all.
