Take It Slow

Always in such a hurry
Pressing forward, moving on
Reaching for that which you think you are due
Every moment of the day spent in pursuit
Climbing that invisible ladder
Instead of taking time to look around
Overreaching, over expecting, demanding
Unrealistic measures of success
Simply noticing the beauty
God has placed along your path
Is the greatest thing a person can do
Finding joy in every moment
This is harder than it seems
