Take An Oath
Something, somewhere's gotta give,
Someone's heart will break.
I knew the risks right from the start,
But you're worth the chance I take.
Anticipate every touch
You're in my dreams at night.
There's so much I need to say,
But I keep my lips locked tight.
And I'll keep it deep inside,
Until the time is right.
So do for me this one thing,
Please promise me this.
Tell me you swear,
And seal it with a kiss.
Don't say you will,
If you won't.
Don't say you do,
If you don't.
Don't ever mislead me,
And always be true.
Promise me this,
Because I love you.
