Taco Salad
Fried flour shell, shaped like a bowl
Filled with ground meat, beans
Lettuce, tomato, glorious cheese
Topped with sour cream and guacamole
Melt in my mouth delicious!!
I wonder if this is one of those americanized dishes started by the Mexican, basic
Menu and perfected to tastiness for the American pallet?
Does not matter but I love a taco salad, with corn chips and salsa!!
