Taco Salad

Fried flour shell, shaped like a bowl Filled with ground meat, beans Lettuce, tomato, glorious cheese Topped with sour cream and guacamole Melt in my mouth delicious!! I wonder if this is one of those americanized dishes started by the Mexican, basic Menu and perfected to tastiness for the American pallet? Does not matter but I love a taco salad, with corn chips and salsa!!

Sounds mouthwatering, Doris! I myself however are more addicted to the Indian cooking which ias - depending on the area - hot and spicy....But guacamole is great!!! Did you ever taste this with fried turkey? Thank you for your comments and have a nice Sunday...Gert

I love them too, Doris, but from what my Mexican students tell me, their food is nothing like what they serve at Taco Bell! (who cares, americanized is always better. hahaha) Luv, andrea
