Raw Thinker Poet Acrostic

T L A

Tales lend credence to fact
reeling in that monster fish
understanding the impossible
translating within trusting tact
hear the choir's tune

Live not in what they told you but
in adoration of what shall be
each movement and each note
sung a harmony

Align your soul in soft repose
meld now your broken way
believe not forth a clouded eye
in shepherd's cloth it's sewn
geld those thoughts brought by to steal
under guise of golden goose
invite the vow of merry men
through dated depths of care
your trust, its wield, suspends

Becca Teagan November 12, 2017 at 8:24 PM I've read this three times now and I tried, I really tried, but I can't understand the meaning. It seems that Lin and Jan might have a clue, but... not me. I'll try reading some of your other poems - maybe its just that your style is different than what I'm used to.

Each stanza is filled with warnings, and I love these 4 lines..."Align your soul in soft repose meld now your broken way believe not forth a clouded eye in shepherd's cloth it's sewn." I will add this one to my favs.
