Syrup
Just as thick and sweet as it needs to be.
No matter the time of day it’s still Candy to me.
There is no bitterness, you get what you see.
You can just about put it on anything, I’ll bet you’ll be pleased.
Be careful how much you taste it can rotten your teeth.
Just the smell of it will bring you to your knees.
This a very simple treat.
Watch where you eat it at or you’ll be sharing with the bees.
