Symphony of Life, Number One

The clouds gather the sunset,
mixing all the colors.

Flocks of birds pattern in black,
as the light slowly fades.

The yellow moon rises up,
the smoky valley stills.

Soup boils over the fire,
the night doves coo softly.

The humans finish dinner,
the animals settle down.

The stars crowd the deep dark sky,
through the trees whispers the wind.

Spirits gather to play cards,
incense reforms the air.

The children sleeping soundly,
the stillness of the night.

The angels standing guard,
the people grasp at dreams.

Young lovers kiss in silhouette,
as mothers shadow sighs!
