Symphonie Du Papillon
The sadness of life eats me
limb by limb
No longer can I walk
Tears flood my unmoving body
I crumble
under the burden of grey skies
I lie rotting
an afterthought
The maggots that eat me
shall one day fly high in the skies
over the treetops
butterflies with expansive golden wings
shall dance and sing
my dead eyes shall stare up
their beauty derived
from all that consumed me
Death too shall dance in the skies
sweetly seducing the butterflies
thier wings shall flutter to the ground
hugging my decompsed soul
For all of eternity
