Swinging Spaniel

Swinging to and fro from side to side, I wriggle my back, I'm on the glide, I'm a cocker spaniel just laying back, My owner built me my own hammock. This grinning watch-dog is always moving, Gentle swaying is so soothing, Ah, life is nice on a summer's day, Especially with a breeze to aid your sway. author's note: i saw this happening when i visited a work acquaintance. She had several cocker spaniels and they would lay on their backs swaying to and fro in a hammock----what a sight it was---and the dogs were smiling
