Swinging

Make a bow or a naught
Use one or a lot
Make a rope or a swing
Make a square make a ring

Climbing up hold on tight
Back and forth than left to right
High than low
Stop than go
Swing fast than slow
Up than down
Spinning around and around
Watching children as they play
On the branches of an old willow they swing all day
