Sweetness of October
October, tis so sweet to witness that time of the year,
When all the festive goodness truly marches near,
Tasting raindrops, dew and flakes from cloudlike dream,
Revelling in the beauty, pondering at drifting stream,
When all the festive goodness truly marches near,
The maker of this must have made it wonderfully clear,
Revelling in the beauty, pondering at drifting stream,
Time would tell if we'd meet, of that we wish to scream,
The maker of this must have made it wonderfully clear,
How we bask in its thrilling cold and warmth with gear,
Time would tell if we'd meet, of that we wish to scream,
O how we cherish the sweetness of October with a beam.
