Sweet Parakeets

Sweet parakeets, an ardent couple make-
at peace together in their cozy cage.
Each other's company they both partake-
and with a kiss, to show their love, engage.

At peace together in their cozy cage-
one wouldn't think emotion they could share.
But yes, they do- as both of them assuage
the comfort of a love that says they care.
