Sweet Life
We are alive and experiencing
the world and that is absolutely crazy.
I've tried to write this poetically but this can’t
be sugar-coated, I’ve tried.
It always comes out bitter
or sour or spicy or sometimes umami
on weird days. Life is sweet and
not umami. Life is chocolate
covered oranges, not sushi and soy sauce.
