Distended cheek
Like a chipmunk
Filled with acorns
Only 'tis
Bob's round, sweet, soft peppermint      

Gogyohka--A Poetry Form

1.  It is short, based on Haiku and Tanka
2.  Five lines or sometimes 4 or 6(exceptions)
3.  At least one phrase or breath per line
4.  No restraints on number of words or syllables 
5.  Theme unrestricted
