Susurrus of October
Spindly limbs are softly sighing,
Undulating in the chilling breeze.
Sunshine dwindling, slow comes the night,
Uncovering hidden mysteries of Harvest old.
Rampant in the glistening dew,
Rise reflections from a crystal moon.
Untimed music rustling in the leaves;
Sunset pandemonium come alive.
October's murmured wishes dazzle with
Fragments of golden light escaping.
Outstretched flames of Amber and Bronze
Calmly swirl down to dampened paths.
Twilight draws near, a reveal
Of untroubled beauty, and
Bares its beguiling enigma.
Excite in the regal ease of Autumn's appearance;
Rumor of a love letter to Winter to come.
