Surrounded In Flowers

Surrounded in flowers
Alone with her dreams
She pretends not to notice
The old woman’s screams

Surrounded in flowers
Tended with love
She pretends not to notice
The rain from above

Surrounded in flowers
The colors so bright
She pretends not to notice
She gave up the light

It really is a lovely poem, mother. I'm proud of you! Write more (and interrupt me less)

It's a mom's duty to interrupt! :)
