SURROUNDED BY FAITH

Surrounded by Faith 
this heart of mine 
is seated at the soul 
of the one 
who created me.

Saving Grace 
is what He gave us 
the day his was born 
in a lowly stable. 
***
Mercy is what 
he showed us 
when he died 
on the cross that day. 
***
I'd be smart to 
remember whom 
I am living for. 
***
For He is the one
who will gather me
like a seed in the wind,  
On that final day  
when I am ready to surrender.
