source -

Surrender 
all blame
shame,
 and 
guilt - 

Release  
your
worry's 
depression,
and 
sorrow -

Your 
sickness
and 
pain -

Give it all 
to 
the power,
and 
spirit
of 
the 
Most High -

A 
"Miracle Worker!"

Keep 
the faith!

know that
God 
can fix it -

Stand 
in the light
of 
belief, hope
and 
prayer -

Surrender 
it all
to the
Great Spirit -

Open 
your heart,
and 
your eyes,

to 
the 
abundance 
of
life
that 
surrounds
you -

Submit
